Recorded in Germany in June of 1973 when Michal was calling his band of collaborators the Michal Urbaniak Constellation. This was just three months before Michal and wife Urszula Dudziak moved to New York City where they set up permanent residency and, eventually, became American citizens. An album consisting of music, in the same song order, with one supplemental song (the title song--recorded in the US using American musicians), was then released by CBS (Columbia) Records in the following year in the USA under the title "Michal Urbaniak Fusion"--which is where you will find my full review of this album (since Fusion is a much more easily accessible album than Super Constellation). Great music! Enjoy!
A-/five stars; a minor masterpiece of genre-defining Jazz-Rock Fusion music. The band is back on track after Inactin, the disturbingly substandard mish-mash of rejects from the Paratyphus B sessions.
