"The enclosed record contains eight titles made at New York sessions for the Roost label. [A-sides] were made on May 17th, 1950. [B-sides] were made the following December 10th. All eight titles may be divided into two main categories, firstly slow to medium tempo ballads, secondly the faster paced standards and originals."
