Tracks 3 & 4 are re-recordings of songs from her 2008 album, Mountain Of Rose Quartz. Track 3 was re-recorded once more for her 2013 album, Pushin' Against A Stone.
The track "Shackle Bound" is what is now known as "Twined & Twisted", and appeared under the new name on the MP3 release.
