Track 1 recorded live during the 18th annual Klap op de Vuurpijl Festival, 30 December 1993.
Tracks 2, 4 to 7, 9, 10, 12 and 13 recorded in Studio Grasland, Haarlem, the Netherlands on 3 June 2003 and mixed at Studio Power Sound on 16 March 2006 and 2 and 6 June 2007. Vocals on tracks 10 and 13 recorded on 6 July 2007. Tracks 3 and 11 recorded live at the Muziekgebouw aan't IJ in Amsterdam on 22 September 2005 upon the occasion of the International Congress "Conseil International des Auteurs de Musique", CIAM/CISAC. Track 8 recorded in Haarlem at the Toneelschuur 23 February 2007.
