After 6 albums with his own orginal modern jazz composistions, & international jazz stars (like Jonathan Kreisberg, Ari Hoenig, Seamus Blake, Lage Lund & Melissa Aldana) – Morten Haxholm releases a new EP march 30th, this time featuring the finest contemporary jazz artists of his native Denmark.
The EP consists of 4 longer compositions, favoring dynamic storytelling, and evolving melodies, all set in equal measures of modern European, Nordic and American jazz traditions – but unmistakingly original.
