A very nice and adventurous album by the same people who are normally called the Souljazz Orchestra and Cinephonic.

The music can be described as a mix of progressive jazz and spiritual jazz. The concept is mythical and not spiritual though.

It sometimes reminds a bit of what Matthew Halsall or Nat Birchall are releasing, but it also has some seventies elements like Nucleus or Eero Koivistoinen.

The most solos are handled by Ed Lister (trumpet), Zakari Frantz (saxophone) and Pierre Chrétien (electric piano) who all play in Souljazz Orchestra aswell.

The music is calm and adventurous and although it is labeled fusion, I am sure that jazz-enthousiasts will like it. Especially lovers of seventies postbop or british/scandinavian progressive jazz, typical of the seventies, with a touch of afrobeat/jazzfunk in the rhythms
