Horn-laden afrofunk is the name of the Budos' game, and III finds the Budos Band venturing in new directions. Afrobeat is still the core, but III introduces Middle Eastern Rhythms and psychedelic sounds into their mixture. The result is a very diverse funk album that holds the listener's attention and shows a true professional band at their creative peak. Songs like "Unbroken, Unshaven" "Natures Wrath" and "Mark of the Unnamed" are impeccably tight grooves and should be heard by anyone interested in comtemporary funk, afro beat, or world fusion. One of the best funk albums of the decade, right up there with Orgone
