“Where the Branches Begin” is Barcelona-based, Irish composer and producer, David Duffy’s debut album as a bandleader. Taking inspiration from Jazz, electronica, ambient, and neo- classical music, he takes his, beautiful, cinematic, sophisticated music down exciting new avenues where the inspiration of Jon Hopkins and Rival consoles meld with the textures of Colin Stetson and Blake Mills with undertones of Nils Frahm, and Cinematic Orchestra. All connected through the refined musicianship of a quartet. WTBB will be released on Jazzville Records on Oct 6th
